and Preview Pages...
1. I see nothing. No player or anything but an Adobe Flash Player
button.
This occurs when you do not have Flash player Version 9.0.115 or
above. Click the button and install it, then refresh the page
you were on. You should see a control on most browsers that offers a
quick and painless upgrade to the latest flash player.
2. How do I enable Javascript?
Visit this page and find your browser and follow the instructions.
CLICK HERE TO SEE HOW TO ENABLE JAVASCRIPT.
3. I am prompted to install something.
Is this safe?
ABSOLUTELY! It is asking you to install the latest Adobe Flash
Player. They release updates approximately every 18 months.
You'll have to do it sooner or later, so why not do it now and enjoy
the pristine quality of our video clips? It is simple, quick
and there isn't any risk involved... plus it is free!
4. The video starts to play, takes a long time to download or
stutters... Why?
By default, our clips are streamed between
1.5 - 2 Mbps average bitrate. This means that you should
stream the clips fine if you have a decent internet connection.
If you find the clips constantly is buffering, either press pause
and let the clip download more OR press the "View Low Bandwidth"
button to receive a smaller dimension file with a lower bitrate.
Another cause for stuttering video is too many open windows taking
up too much of your RAM or other causes.

5. Can I view High Definition?
We had HD clips online once before and too
many people said they couldn't play them so we took them down;
HOWEVER, our clips posted now are a compromise of true HD and what
you would normally see on websites vs. what most people can play on
their computers. In fact, most browsers' screen resolutions
are set lower than HD dimensions so what's the point? We're
confident you'll find our clips more than sufficient for online
viewing.

6. The previews are too dark, too light, or don't look good... in
fact, nothing looks good on my computer now that I think about it.
Well, chances are your video card and monitor are not calibrated. A
good tutorial for calibrating your monitor can be found here:

5. So and So said they can do my video a lot cheaper than you?
Compare apples to apples... You simply can't go by what someone
offers in terms of packages as not all things are created equal.
Yes, someone may offer your more coverage time or bells and
whistles, but we will give you a rock solid product and service.
You get what you pay for... MAKE SURE what you are getting.
Don't expect to bite and taste a sweet apple and you really get a
sour lemon.
6. Why are your prices higher than most around here?
We'll repeat what we said in #5... Compare apples to apples... You
simply can't go by what someone offers in terms of packages as not
all things are created equal plus our demand has risen and we can't
film 10 weddings a weekend!
7. Why do you charge TN Sales Tax on the whole package?
Because we are a real business and are required to by the TN
Department of Revenue to charge sales tax on EVERYTHING we do for
you unless it is out-of-state OR for services provided to tax-exempt
establishments for things they are reselling, etc. This goes for the
actual tangible property (product) as well as the labor that goes
into producing said product. Its not just videography, photographers
have to charge it as well! We don't like it any more than you do but
is a reality in running a legit business.
:: PROFESSIONALISM & WORK PRACTICES ::
1. How well do you work with other vendors?
We work extremely well with other vendors. We
often become friends with other vendors and refer each other to
customers if they are looking for such services. We are all there
for you, to serve you, and all vendors should realize that.
2. Are you unobtrusive? How noticeable are
you?
Unobtrusive is such an overused
word. People will know we are there, however we will not do things
to attract attention away from you. During ceremonies, we don't use
our spotlights, but may in receptions but only when necessary. We
don't move around the back of the altar area............. all the
horror stories you may have heard, chances are, we don't do it.
If you have any concerns, feel free to state
them to us during initial conversations.
:: HIGH DEFINITION::
1. What exactly is High Definition format?
High Definition is anything over 480
lines of resolution. The 2 most common "flavors" are 720p and 1080i
and 1080p. Basically speaking, Standard Definition (SD) has been
around since TV introduced basically, and HD is the future, but is
here today. The picture is amazingly stunning, sharp & crisp, colors
are remarkably accurate and breathtaking.
2. My TV looks pretty sharp and the HD in
stores don't look too much different.
That's because there are several
stores out there that are just up-converting SD footage onto a HDTV.
We won't mention these stores' names, but best to go to a Big Box
Store or other higher end electronic store to view their true HD
displays.
3. Do you deliver High Definition?
YES! Both of our package bases include
Blu-ray delivery!
If you weren't immediately impressed and
amazed when you saw the HD demo footage, then you didn't see the
real thing.
